Chris has operated in the central London property market for over 30 years. Having witnessed numerous cycles, Chris has developed a depth of experience and intimate knowledge of the market around the City Fringes which is second to none! He has been involved in numerous development and investment transactions in the last five years advising the likes of M&G Property Investors, DCD Group, Langland Estates and Atlas.

James has been involved in the Central London market for over 13 years, focusing on office leasehold & investment transactions. He is a qualified member of the RICS with a wealth of experience and an enviable track record in the London market. He has advised a variety of clients, including Blackrock, Workspace PLC, Orchard Street, Atlas, Helix and numerous other Private Property companies.

Tom is an Associate Director at Ellis Brown and a qualified member of the RICS. He began his career at Ellis Brown in 2020 after completing a Masters in Real Estate at Reading University. Tom specializes in advising Landlords and Tenants on all aspects of the acquisition and disposal process of commercial property in Central London. He has excellent knowledge and a wide network in fringe markets including Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Midtown, Shoreditch and Islington.

Toby joined Ellis Brown after leaving the University of Reading with an MSc in Real Estate. Before that he studied Philosophy at the University of Bristol. He is now working towards his APC to become a member of the RICS.

Emma graduated from the University of Exeter in 2023, having studied Anthropology. She moved to London and joined Ellis Brown in March 2024. She provides invaluable support for the team on a day-to-day basis and ensures the smooth running of the office.

Freddie joined Ellis Brown as a Graduate Surveyor after completing an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. Before that he graduated from Newcastle University in 2021 where he studied Politics and Business. He is now beginning to work towards his APC to become a member of the RICS.

Ilaria joined Ellis Brown after several years in residential estate agency. She is looking to broaden her knowledge in the commercial world as she is now beginning to work towards her APC to become a member of the RICS.

Bob has been in the Creative Design and photography industry for over 10 years. His experience has proved invaluable in helping to produce imagery and layouts, both for Ellis Brown and many of their clients.

Yasmin is the team assistant at Ellis Brown and has been heavily involved from the beginning. She is currently also a medical student at Queen Mary University of London.
